About Us

'Wendover Free Church welcomes everyone.' Because of God's love for all, we aim to: love and worship God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit; love and serve: in our church, in the local churches, in our community and in the wider world; live out and spread the good news of Jesus Christ. We seek to discover and achieve God's purpose through a partnership between our leaders and the wider fellowship. In particular, we keep the pastoral care of the fellowship a high priority; ensure that teaching is based, sourced and grounded in the Bible; provide a service to and to draw support from the local community; be an open, friendly and inclusive fellowship, support those with special needs; welcome and nurture children and young people; be aware of the church as a world-wide community of believers and to understand our responsibility within that community. Wendover Free Church shares premises with St Anne's Roman Catholic Church and maintains close contact with St Mary's Church of England, working together as Wendover Churches Together.
