Parking is located at the church hall, come early to ensure a space. We are on the Watford Arriva Number 10 bus route, also a ten minute walk from Watford High Street Overground and a 20 minute walk from Watford Junction Rail and Watford Metropolitan Underground Station.
About Us
We call ourselves “SJR” and are a welcoming, friendly, informal, relaxed congregation with a family/community feel. We have a busy building here are a list of our activities: Saturday 6pm A lively service often with young people leading and preaching 7:30pm A service that is led in Portuguese with English translation Sunday 10am A quieter more reflective service 1:30pm A service led by the Church of Pentecost 7pm A second service for Portuguese speakers Midweek Monday 12-2pm Foodbank (in the hall) Tuesday 7:30pm Prayer Meeting (Portuguese) Wednesday 7pm Craft Group (fortnightly in the hall) Thursday 7:30pm Prayer meeting (Zoom) Friday 10am Toddler Group (in the hall) Although small in numbers, many volunteer with local charities and organisations as we seek to live out our faith in our local community
