About Us
Tytherington Family Worship Church (commonly known as TFW) is a friendly, growing, independent, evangelical church seeking to reach out into the local community which consists of a large new housing estate plus an area of older housing. We began in a local primary school in 1979 and in 1993 we moved into our new church building, which we were able to build on a site in the centre of the estate. Our Sunday morning services attract people of all ages. We are very supportive of missionary work at home and overseas. We have a good relationship with other churches in the town.
