About Us

St Andrew's is a vibrant welcoming church at the heart of the local community. We are committed to being a parish church and therefore serving all who live locally, or whatever age or culture. Holy Communion is at the heart of church life and we enjoy being both formal and less formal in our celebrations. Musically, we appreciate traditional and more modern music. We encourage all forms of lay ministry and positively celebrate diversity. There is a real spirit of welcome and openness among the members; we enjoy worshipping and spending time together and with those who visit us. It is our prayer that our weaknesses might not stand in the way of God's blessing on all those who come.
