Come to a warm welcome to our one-hour service where we worship and share in the Word of God with faith inspiring messages. You will be blessed! We are careful with time in all of our services as we understand that members have work commitments even on Sundays. Still not sure? Listen to one of our podcasts (see links in the page). This Bible study time is held in Zoom. Sit at the comfort of your home with a cup of tea on Wednesday evenings and join us as we take a deep dive into the Scriptures in an interactive manner. This is an inspiring time in the Word together. Fri 19:30 Friday Prayer Service
How else to end the week but with a power packed prayer service. We are a praying church. Join us on Friday evenings in Zoom as we shake the heavens with prayer! There is a brief 15-minute exhortation after which we launch into prayer. God can change your situation through the power of prayer in Jesus' name. - Denomination:

- Life Cell Groups: Life Cell Groups are living organisms. We meet in small groups every fortnight to discuss the Word and to pray together. We are a family. Every member of church is part of one of our Life Cell Groups. As a Life Cell, we believe we don’t just go to church, we carry church with us. Kinderchurch: This is the children’s ministry of the church. We believe God has a purpose for every child and the kingdom of God belongs to such. With great love and care, our children are taught God’s Word on a weekly basis at Sunday school during normal church services. With our safeguarding procedure, parents are confident to leave their children in our care during church services. Prayer Warriors: We are a group of people who dedicate ourselves to pray in intercession for the ministry. Our burning desire is to see the fulfilment of every Word over our church and over the lives of God’s people. The prayer warriors meet on a weekly basis.

By car: use RG1 3BE for navigation. Locate Abbey Baptist upon arrival to your left. Come into the church and you will have a warm welcome awaiting you. If you did not find one of our free parking spots, kindly inform the first person you meet and you will be helped. Alternatively, you can park at the various on-street parking spaces for about £1 for one hour. We close church on time and so you will not have to pay a penalty. About Us
We are a people-oriented church, passionate about God’s Word, pursuing His glory, and persuading others to do the same. We aim to be the model church that believes in the cause of humanity and builds her faith on the knowledge of God’s Word with an ultimate focus on the Glory of God. The church was birthed with a vision rooted in scripture, Habakkuk 2:14 which says that “The earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea” (KJV). As such, LSI is Christ-centred, socially conscious and committed to filling human beings, made in the image of God with the knowledge of God’s glory. This Word of scripture is the battle cry of Living Streams international. Our ministry runs on a balanced regiment of both the Knowledge and the Power of God because it is only in this way that we can make people experience the fullness of God, which is God’s ultimate purpose for humanity.
