- Most written recently and led by worship bands at the 9.30am and 6pm services. The 11.30 tends to be more traditional with hymns and an organ.

- We have an active group of 20s & 30s who organise a range of events. We also have strong links with the University students.

- Alpha, Tuesday Special, Women's groups on Thursday mornings, parenting and marriage courses and a wide range of Sanctuary ministry activities supporting local refugees: a weekly cafe drop-in in our Atrium, Conversational Kitchen and in the winter months, a Sanctuary Shelter.
- Other activities & ministries:
- Small discipleship groups, missionary support, additional needs group, parenting courses, seminars, Time Out women's group, toddler craft and story time in the Atrium, adult craft group, Atrium coffee shop and Christian bookshop, bereavement ministry. Large Greyfriars Centre with meeting rooms available for hire.

On-site parking is available on Sundays for Blue Badge holders; plenty of pay & display street parking and Q-Park Chatham Place car park is just a 3-minute walk away. We are just a 5 minute-walk from Reading train station and are well serviced by local buses which stop 100m from the church.

Welcome to Greyfriars Church, Reading. We are an Evangelical Anglican community committed to discipleship and evangelism. As a church our aim is to see Reading transformed by the love and power of Jesus. We believe that we need each other for friendship and encouragement as fellow Christians and so we come together as a church family. We believe that God listens and speaks to his people a we learn together, and encourage and support one another through our meeting together at church and in our weekly small groups.
