Sun 10:30 Sunday Service
Our service begins at 10:30am with a official welcome from one of the team. This is followed by a time of sung worship, led by our band, which often includes a kids song with actions to help all of us - from the youngest to the oldest! - engage with what we're singing about. After the opening songs, the children head out for their own activities while the rest of us take the chance to greet those - Denomination:
- Hymns & songs:
- Mostly contemporary songs (with a few hymns), all led by a band
- Under 18s:
- Sunday school groups for under 11s; monthly breakfasts before church for pre-teens; Thursday morning Junior Jivers group for pre-schoolers
- 18-30s:
- We believe that church life is richer when we mix across age groups and so we don't have separate student or young adult groups. That said, there are lots of social activities driven by those in the 18-30 age range and a growing number of students from Roehampton university.

- Leaders:
- Dave Lee has been the Boathouse's senior pastor since January 2021. He's married to Catrin and they have three primary school-aged daughters. As a family they love being close to the river and exploring Richmond Park. Dave's background is in physics so he's always up for chatting about the relationship between science and the Christian faith, but he gets most excited talking about the person at the centre of it all, Jesus.
