To travel from London to Basildon: Take a train from London Fenchurch Street to Basildon on the c2c line. The journey takes about 35–40 minutes, and trains run frequently throughout the day. Alternatively, you can drive via the A13 or A127, which takes around 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.
