About Us

Great Parks Chapel is a Christ-focussed congregation. Coming from a Brethren tradition, the church places high value on the Bible as God's word, and sermons are always Bible based - there is also strong belief in the importance of prayer. Both Sunday services are well attended, with the love of Christ demonstrated amongst the people (something visitors quickly note). The congregation wishes to see more people in Torbay come to know Jesus as their Lord and their Saviour from death and judgement. We also desire that people's faith in their Lord increase daily and be regularly put into practice in their homes, workplace and community.
