About Us
St Thomas's is an evangelical Anglican church near Oakwood tube station. It is near Trent Park, Oak Hill Theological College, Enfield, Southgate and Cockfosters. We are a group of ordinary people who have discovered that God loves us more than we imagine or deserve. We believe the message about Jesus Christ is the best news in the world, for everyone. We aim to be an open and friendly church family - committed to one another and serving our local community. Our services last about an hour and are informal in style. At the heart of each service is a reading and sermon from the Bible, alongside a mixture of hymns and contemporary songs. In all of our services we do our best to explain the Christian faith, clearly, relevantly and thoughtfully. There are numerous Bible study groups and other activities for all ages and stages which meet during the week.
