About Us
Manor Park Methodist Church is made up of people from many different nations, but mostly from a Methodist background. We respect each other's cultures and work together as one happy family. Our new building (replacing one destroyed by fire in 2003) was opened in June 2009 after many setbacks and delays. Inside it is bright, warm and comfortable. It features a room for parents with toddlers: the adults can follow the service, while the children can make as much noise as they like without disturbing people in the worship area. On Sunday mornings we are served by a variety of preachers old and young, black and white - so our worship is varied - but always includes a selection of singable hymns.
