About Us
Kirkwall Baptist Church is a friendly, active and growing church fellowship and welcomes new and visiting folk of all ages. Seating is comfortable, audio visual aids are used and the worship band typically has a contemporary approach to worship. Morning services have more families attending, with crèche, Sunday School and Bible class, during school term time and family services during school holidays. Evening services tend to be more reflective, with more time to chat afterwards over tea and biscuits. Children's and youth activities usually take place on Friday evening. A network of small groups meet in various locations. Most follow the format: welcome, worship, word and witness. All are open to new folk and visitors.
