About Us

Headingley St Columba is a Union Church. Its constituents were two independently thriving congregations, Congregational and Presbyterian. Our buildings are extensive and provide a range of meeting rooms for the community. A significant part of our mission is represented by our support for the Chaplaincy to students at the universities in Leeds. Our aim is to be a place of worship and witness where spiritual, social and community needs can be met in an atmosphere of Christian love. We want to have worship that is acceptable to God, relevant to our community and that encourages the use of peoples' gifts and insights.
