About Us

CAC Balm of Gilead is a Pentecostal church and is a part of the Christ Apostolic Church Nigeria & Overseas. As for our statement of purpose: We believe in a church that is addicted to preaching the Healing WORD to an Ailing World. This summarizes everything we do here at the Healing Centre in one sentence. It's taken from three main passages of Scripture: i. Acts 20:19-20 I served the Lord with great humility and with tears and in the midst of severe testing by the plots of my Jewish opponents. You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you, but have taught you publicly and from house to house. ii. Acts 15:26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. iii. Acts 2:42-47 They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. All the believers were together and had everything in common, selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favour of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved. From the above, we exist for these seven reasons which in acronym is simply SONSHIP. 1. Service: To serve the Lord with humility in a very practical way. Counselling, Seminars etc. 2. Outreach: To reach out to the people of our community for evangelism. 3. Nursing: To Nurse the new babies born into the kingdom of God with love in order to reach their potentials. 4. Sharing: To share not just the love, peace and joy of the Lord, but fellowship 5. Helping: To provide help to those in need. 6. Inclusion: To bring everyone into God's kingdom. 7. Praising: To worship and praise God.
