About Us
The medieval church of St Nicholas, Dereham is the home of a friendly congregation. About 120 people meet for the main service on Sundays, and visitors are warmly welcomed. During term time, Junior Church meets in the chancel, while there is a service in the nave. St Nicholas is an outward looking church, with links to the two church schools in the town, and with mission partners in Africa and London. Our church life is summed up in our mission statement: The Parish Church of St Nicholas Dereham is committed to proclaiming the Christian faith in worship and service, developing friendship within the church family and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with everyone.
