About Us
Just on the outskirts of Gravesend in Kent, there has been a church in Chalk for well over a thousand years and it would be lovely to welcome you in person one day. We are also popular for weddings and baptisms but I hope that we offer more than just a lovely and historic venue. Through our worship, biblically based and focussed on Jesus Christ, and the life of our members we aim to be a channel of God's healing love. We make a point of trying to be welcoming to families and children of all ages. Our services have a varied pattern and include elements of relatively traditional and relatively modern worship styles. There is usually something for everyone.
