About Us

Claremont Church Bolton is a friendly church which welcomes people of all ages, ethnicities and whatever other variations. Our style is usually up-tempo and informal. We are convinced that the Bible is the Word of God, which He uses to lead and guide us. We preach the Good News that we can experience a living relationship with Jesus Christ, who took the penalty for our sin of ignoring and disobeying God. We encourage believers to become disciples. We welcome the ministry and the gifts of the Holy Spirit and we remember Jesus Christ by sharing bread and wine frequently. We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, recognising that we are one small expression of that body. Thus we seek to engage with other believers within our local area.
