About Us

We are an outward looking, charismatic Church that loves its' community. Generosity, fun, friendship and family are things we value. We aim to offer a fun, welcoming and dynamic place to call home for people of all ages and walks of life. In our community, we have been making good things happen for years. We run clubs and events for preschool, primary and secondary aged children and their families in the local area. We host a free 16 day community festival each year - Lark in the Park, which has been going for over 25 years and is attended by more than 3000 guests each summer. In September 2013, we opened Hope Community School in Foots Cray - Bexley's first Free School. In 2016, we opened Blackfen Community Library and Rooted Coffee House. We believe every person needs a personal discovery of God's love, if the community they live in and serve in is going to reach its' potential. We want to help release this potential by making God's love known and sharing Jesus in word and action. We meet on a Sunday at Blackfen Community Library at 10am for worship, prayer, bible based teaching and community.
