About Us

Bawtry Community Church is a warm and friendly family-focused church. We are both informal and serious in our services. The service's intialworship - Family Time - is aimed at all ages, the children leaving after 20 minutes to receive age-relevant teaching. We enjoy fellowship and refreshments after the service together. Teenagers sometimes attend the Anglican church youth work. The three churches in Bawtry (ourselves, the Parish Church and the Methodist Church) enjoy an excellent relationship, collaborating in several joint services a year. Midweek small groups apply the Sunday teaching and offer prayer, support and encouragement as we live out the Good News.
